These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Yesil Health app and related services. By using the app you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the app.
The service. Yesil Health is a personal wellness assistant that combines program tracking, AI-generated insights, and evidence-based content to help you understand and manage your daily health habits. Features may change, expand, or be removed over time as the product evolves.
Eligibility. You must be of legal age to consent to processing of health data in your jurisdiction and to enter a binding agreement. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. Information you submit must be accurate; misrepresenting age, identity, or medical context may produce unsafe outputs and is a violation of these terms.
Subscriptions and trials. Paid plans (Plus, Pro) and free trials are sold through the App Store or Google Play according to the terms shown in-app at the time of purchase. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled by the platform that processed the purchase.
Acceptable use. You agree not to (a) use the service for emergency triage, professional medical practice, or any purpose that could cause harm to yourself or others, (b) submit content that is illegal, abusive, or violates someone else's rights, (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service, (d) misuse the AI assistant to generate dangerous, deceptive, or unlawful content, or (e) attempt to access another user's data.
AI output. Responses generated by the AI assistant are produced from your inputs, your stored context, and probabilistic models. They may contain mistakes, omissions, or content that does not apply to your specific situation. Treat AI output as informational, never as a clinical recommendation. You remain responsible for decisions made on the basis of AI output.
Health data and integrations. You can grant the app access to Apple Health and other connected sources. You can revoke access at any time from your device settings; revoking access will limit the assistant's ability to provide context-aware insights but will not delete data already imported. To remove imported data, use Delete account.
Intellectual property. The app, its design, code, and content are owned by Yesil Health and its licensors. Content you submit remains yours; by submitting it you grant us a limited license to process it as needed to operate the service.
Termination. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings → Session → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or for legal reasons.
Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yesil Health and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or health outcomes arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction stated in our store listings, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
